Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to file a grievance if your data rights have been violated. We are committed to responding within 30 days of receiving your complaint.

Your Rights under DPDPA 2023: You may file a complaint if HireStrike has processed your personal data without consent, failed to delete your data on request, shared your data without authorisation, or denied you access to your own data. All complaints are reviewed by our designated Grievance Officer and responded to within 30 days. If unsatisfied with the resolution, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
