Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Access the Interview Portal

First things first - click on the interview link your college or employer sent you. Don't worry, we've made the welcome page super clear and easy to follow. You've got this!

  2. Enter Your Information

Fill in your name, email address, and the job code you received. Make sure all information is accurate.

  3. Upload Your Resume

Click "Choose File" and grab your resume. We accept PDF, DOCX, or TXT files - basically whatever format you have it in. We'll use your resume to ask you questions that actually matter for the job you're applying for.

Quick heads up: You'll need to upload your resume to continue. Just make sure the file isn't corrupted or password-protected, and you'll be good to go!
  4. Test Your Microphone (We Really Recommend This!)

Trust us on this one - test your mic before you start! Click the "Test Microphone" button and say something (we won't judge if you say "testing, testing, 1-2-3"). If you see your words appear on screen, you're all set. If not, no worries - just check your microphone settings and try again.

  5. Start the Interview

Ready? Click that "Start Interview" button! We'll take a moment to prepare questions that are actually relevant to you and the job. This usually takes just a few seconds, so grab some water while you wait.

  6. Answer Questions Naturally

Here's where the magic happens! Questions will pop up one at a time. Just talk naturally - like you're explaining something to a friend. You've got 4 minutes per question, which is plenty of time. Don't rush, think it through, and give your best answer.

  7. Complete the Interview

Once you've answered all the questions, pat yourself on the back - you did it! We'll put together a report with your results and some helpful feedback. You'll get this automatically, so no need to do anything else. Just sit back and wait for the results.

Tips for Success

Speak Clearly

Talk like you're having a conversation with someone. Not too fast, not too slow - just your normal speaking pace. We want to hear what you have to say!

It's Totally Fine to Pause

Seriously, take a breath! If you need 10-15 seconds to think, that's completely normal. Better to think it through than rush and stumble.

Tell Us Stories

Real examples from your experience are way better than generic answers. "I did X and it resulted in Y" beats "I'm good at X" every time.

Just Be You

We're not looking for robots here. Be genuine, be honest, be yourself. That's what makes a great candidate.

Quick Prep Tip

Take 5 minutes before you start to skim the job description. It'll help you connect your experience to what they're looking for.

Mistakes Happen

Oops, said something wrong? No big deal! Just correct yourself and keep going. We all make mistakes - it's how you handle them that counts.
